There are people that have the knack for assembling things. If you are one of them and you are looking for new furniture, I think you would love it if you purchase a knock-down furniture and enjoy the challenge of assembling it.
These are actually called ready-to-assemble or RTA furniture, because they are ready to assemble and they are furniture. Basically, when you buy a knock-down furniture set, you will get all the needed pieces and the directions for assembly. Now, if you are a confident about your tinkering skills, you can defer from consulting the direction and just assemble the furniture using your common sense.
But if you are ultra confident, it would be a bigger challenge if you burn the direction, or feed it to a paper shredder or anything like that.

You can fully furnish your home from RTA furniture as there are a lot of choices out there. You can purchase living room furniture, bookcases, tables, beds, chairs, outdoor furniture, swing sets, and others in the market. Make sure though that you follow the instructions as you do not want to have your newly bought furniture ruined.
Also, keep in mind that you might need some tools like drills, screwdrivers, hammer, or Allen wrench so you should check if you have these before purchasing RTA furniture.
